Exactly what does that skirt thingy around the bottom of our bed do?
Also, is it designed to make the mattress more difficult to rotate?
HAHAHAHH you made me laugh but well i think its just there for decoration or purhaps since it covers the mattres it just give a good presentation to the bed.
