Purple lights in downtown Boston?

So I live in Boston and a few times I have seen these purple lights shining from a few windows at the top of a building right near Faneuil Hall. It is 60 State street I believe, and right at ground level there's a little restaurant called "Taste of the Town". I counted and the lights are about 33 stories up. The lights are a bright pretty purple streaming from quite a few windows and my girlfriend and I stood and looked up there for a bit and there were flashing white lights every now and then almost as if it was a photo shoot or a dance club or some runway show. The ceiling is rather high and I have never seen a person up there, just the purple and flashing lights. Does anyone know what it is? Better yet, could I get up there, because it looks like a party! I would really just like to know what it is, I've always been so curious about it. Thank you

If it is a commercial building, look for the building directory panel and see who is on the 33rd floor. Depending on the intensity and duration ofthe white flashes, as well as how often the white flashes, it may well be a photo studio.
