What is the best way to screen print plastisol white ink?

I have been screen printing for some time now and in the white ink was allways trouble for me. I described it like trying to peanut butter print screen. It is much thicker than any other color, and I had a problem allways get the right angle and squeege pressure. I currently 110 mesh. I think I have a bit of mesh screens 86 just for the white ink to see if it makes it easier. Can anyone offer advice on printing white plastisol ink?

Depending on what you print 110 will be a fine of a mesh. 86 or 60 stitches to work much better laying out of ink down. White ink is the pigment and consequently it is the thickness. You may have to hit the White twice depending on the darkness of the shirt. I use to hit the double white wet before flashing. You need a good screen to do so. As a good screen I mean the voltage should be good to stretch the screen is very controlled. Good luck
