Pink dots on my neck after orgasm?

I just masturbated (female) and went into my bathroom afterward and saw that there were huge patches of tiny pink dots on either side of my neck! What the heck? What are these? It's pretty normal. They'll disappear before long. It's blood that rises to the skin. If you're fair skinned it's pretty normal to see this. It happens to me all the time when I get excited sexually.
