What was the situation in the video from the cold war where navy soldiers put red box w/ remains in the ocean?

I have seen this video a couple of times. Either it comes from the cold war or the 60's. They are releasing a big red metal box into the ocean and it is shown via overhead camera shot. Someone is narrating and I think the soldiers salute it as it disappears into the ocean. I'm quite sure they were someone's remains.

In the 1960's the Soviets had a submarine sink.

The US found it first and didn't tell the Soviets.

So the CIA and Howard hugh's developed a way to bring the sub up, it was way deep.

Howard had a ship built, that the entire sub, could fit inside, and made it look like a geologist research ship.

They started bring the sub up, then it broke in half, but they could still bring half of it up.

Of course, it had human remains inside the part brought up.

So the had a proper burial at sea for the remains and filmed it, knowing one day, they would be able to tell the Soviets about finding te sub.

They then brought back the half of the sub, took it apart ad studied it.

So in the 1990's, the CIA finally told the Russians about finding the sub and turned over the video to them, so they could contact the families of the crew members.
