writeup on a multi storey car park design?

am doing a final design project on multi-storey car park and need all relevant informations, i can get.

Sorry, but this would take many pages to cover and you need to do your own research.

I could give you a few ideas, but you haven't even given the basic information necessary. Designs for mscp's vary according to use: is yours to be a public car park in frequent use, or is it to be a corporate car park which generally only gets used intensively twice a day? You need to bear in mind that a corporate car park may only require a secure entry system and that others will need to provide lobbies for pay machines.
How long is the expected lifespan of your mscp? It costs a lot to over-engineer it and adds maintenance costs if under-engineered.
Is it in an area where access is difficult for plant and construction materials as this will determine how much prefabrication is possible and the maximum size of prefab assemblies?
What's the geology beneath the mcsp and what essential services pass beneath it? This not only affects what foundation designs are used but may also impact on the maximum weight of construction plant and floor loadings for construction material storage areas?
Is it to be constructed on a level site or on the side of a hill?
If the construction site is to be on ground contaminated by former usage as this also needs to be considered in the construction of the project.
Is it an airport car park which is far larger than normal and which may also have to be split into a number of sub-units with separate entrance and exit points?
Does the mscp you're working on need to have pedestrian access on one level or more as that will affect where the pay stations need to be placed?
Is it in a high crime area?
Does it need to be a high security mscp used for long term parking?
Will it be above ground, subterranean or a bit of both?
Does it need to have service areas built in for things like car valeting, and is it going to be located in a city or state where laws are being (or have been) made for mandatory provision of electric vehicle charging points?
How many floors will it have, as this can dictate whether elevators are essential or whether you can get away with the continuous ramp principle?
Fire regulations will also have a major influence on the design and may even form the basis around which everything else is designed.
Will it be a hospital car park where sufficient space will need to be made for a greater number than average of disabled drivers and passengers and where provision may need to be made to accommodate patient transportation?
Will it need to provide for an unusually large number of motorcycles and cyclists as may be likely in any large city or area with congestion charging, and if so will cycle lockers need to be provided?
Will toilets and washrooms need to be provided?
What are the local environmental protection regulations: vehicles will leave various residues and simply hosing them down into the public sewers is rarely permitted these days.

These are just SOME of the basic questions and may give you an idea of how difficult it is to address the issues involved in your very brief question.
