Does my diet sound good?

I am 27 year old female at 121lbs and 4'11'. I am trying to get to about 110-105lbs. I was wondering if my diet/exercise for weight loss sounds ok? Here it goes:

FYI - I eat all organic/natural foods only (whole foods baby!)

A normal day:
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs with yolks/big apple
Snack - string cheese
Lunch - Grilled chicken salad medium size - chicken lettuce tomato cucumber 2 tbsp lite organic ranch, and an orange
Snack - a few strawberries and a kiwi
Dinner - 2-4 oz Grilled chicken/or baked turkey patty, FULL serving of veggies (usually green ones)
Post exercise drink - 8oz water with protein power or sometimes all fruit smoothie with 1/4 yogurt and with protein powder

Exercise - P90X program which I loooooove 6/7 days a week.

I hope this is efficient enough to see results. I have been working hard for 2 weeks and havent seen much. Just want to make sure that Im doing this correctly.
