Can I bring someone over from Brazil from here?

Long story short, I have someone that I want to visit me in Brazil. Every time she goes for a visa interview she gets denied. Can I sponsor her from here or something? Any help at all? I just want her to visit for a week or two. Any and all help will be appreciated, thanks.

I think what you're trying to say is that you want someone in Brazil to come to here, which is the United States, and when she applies for a visitors visa, it is denied.

People in the U.S. cannot "sponsor" visitors. They can invite them. They can support them. They can provide them with shelter and food, but the term sponsor is not used in this regard. In other words, there's no form that you can fill out to sponsor a visitor.

Section 214(b) is part of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). It states:

Every alien shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer, at the time of application for admission, that he is entitled to a nonimmigrant status...

If your friend failed to establish that she was entitled to a visitors visa, she was denied the visa because of section 214(b).

The most frequent basis for such a refusal concerns the requirement that the prospective visitor possesses a residence abroad he/she has no intention of abandoning. Applicants prove the existence of such residence by demonstrating that they have ties abroad that would compel them to leave the U.S. at the end of the temporary stay. The law places this burden of proof on the applicant.

Your friend did not meet the burden.
